What we collect

Only what you enter in the registration form: your name, email, industry, current role, LinkedIn URL, the name of the member who referred you, and your short bio. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Why

To decide who to invite to an Off Record evening, and to contact you if you are invited.

The printed directory

If you are invited and attend, your name, role, bio and a link to your LinkedIn profile appear in the printed directory given to current and future guests. Your email address is never printed. If you are not invited, nothing you submitted is shared with anyone.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored in a private Google Drive spreadsheet that only the organizer of Off Record can open. They are never sold or passed to third parties.

Removing your details

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what you submitted, or to be left out of future directories. Write to cosunamb@gmail.com.
